Reconcile: Sculpted from Pine and Meranti timbers, this is a statement on the benefits of reconciliation between Australia’s First Nations people and “white” Australia. Grace of Spathes: This sensual 3-Dimensional form was inspired by the modified leaves (“spathes”) of the Arum family of lilies, as they unfurl. It attempts to give form to the concept of “grace”. This piece explores the dramatic and complex markings achieved through lamination of both pine and meranti timbers.

Every Rose Has Its Thorns: This very elegant piece shows is inspired by the complex design of a rose.
